We do this by supporting and creating communities that nourish the bonds between people and animals.Position OverviewThe Bond Between is seeking a highly skilled, full-time Marketing Manager to lead the execution of our organization&rsquo;s marketing strategy and drive brand visibility, engagement, and supporter growth. This position plays a pivotal role in bringing our mission to life across all marketing channels, ensuring consistent messaging, strong storytelling, and effective campaign implementation.The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can also execute flawlessly someone who thrives in a fast-paced nonprofit environment, excels at project management, and is passionate about animal welfare.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy &amp; Planning&#9679; Develop and manage the annual marketing calendar, including campaigns, events,fundraising initiatives, advocacy moments, and partner promotions.&#9679; Translate strategic direction from the VP of Marketing &amp; Development into actionablemarketing plans.&#9679; Ensure all campaigns and communications uphold The Bond Between&rsquo;s brand identity,voice, and values.Team Leadership &amp; Collaboration&#9679; Provide leadership, direction, and support to the marketing team: Social Media Manager,Digital Marketing Coordinator, Merchandise Coordinator, Website Administrator, GraphicDesigner, and Marketing volunteers.&#9679; Manage workload distribution, deadlines, workflows, and performance expectations.&#9679; Collaborate closely with Development, Rescue Operations, and Community Engagementteams to align marketing with organizational goals.Campaign Execution&#9679; Oversee content and messaging across digital platforms including social media, email,website, PR/earned media, and paid media.&#9679; Guide creation of compelling storytelling that highlights our rescue work, fosterscommunity engagement, and drives donations.&#9679; Ensure coordinated execution of campaigns across all channels, maintaining consistency in messaging and timing.&#9679; Partner with the Development team to support fundraising campaigns (e.g., Give to the Max Day, year-end giving, transport sponsorships, appeals).Brand, Communications &amp; Content&#9679; Maintain and reinforce brand guidelines across all organizational communications.&#9679; Approve major content pieces including social media campaigns, website updates, emailmarketing content, and paid advertising.&#9679; Creation of press materials, event promotions, and community engagement initiatives.&#9679; Monitor trends in digital media, nonprofit marketing, and animal welfare to inform content and strategy.Website, Email, and Digital Oversight&#9679; Oversee website to ensure content, SEO, and user experience remain optimized and up todate.&#9679; Oversee email marketing and calendar execution in collaboration with the DigitalMarketing Coordinator.&#9679; Review performance analytics and provide insights for continuous improvement acrossplatforms.Partnerships, Events &amp; Merchandise&#9679; Support marketing needs for fundraising events, adoption events, and communityactivations.&#9679; Collaborate across departments to promote partner initiatives, corporate sponsorships, and co-branded campaigns.&#9679; Oversee coordination of merchandise launches, promotions, and e-commerce updates.Analytics &amp; Reporting&#9679; Regularly review metrics across social media, email, website, and paid advertising.&#9679; Track marketing performance against department goals and identify areas forimprovement.&#9679; Provide monthly reporting to the VP of Marketing &amp; Development.Required Qualifications&#9679; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a relatedfield.&#9679; 3&ndash;5 years of professional marketing experience (nonprofit experience preferred).&#9679; 1+ years of team leadership or management experience.&#9679; Demonstrated success planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.&#9679; Strong project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.&#9679; Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.&#9679; Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices including SEO, social media, email marketing, and analytics.&#9679; Proficiency with Google Workspace, Meta/Instagram tools, website CMS platforms, andemail marketing systems.Desired Qualifications&#9679; Experience working in an animal welfare or nonprofit environment.&#9679;
