We&rsquo;re looking for the person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes.Not the center of attention. Not bouncing between a hundred things halfway done.The one who notices what&rsquo;s off, fixes it, and makes the whole store feel more put together because they&rsquo;re there.This role is the operational backbone of our store. You&rsquo;ll work closely with our Store Manager to ensure everything is organized, accurate, and ready&mdash;so our stylists can stay fully focused on our brides.What this role is really aboutThis is not a &ldquo;helper&rdquo; position.You own the systems, flow, and day-to-day execution that keep the store running.When this role is done well:<ul><li>The floor feels calm and prepared</li><li>Stylists stay focused on clients</li><li>Nothing falls through the cracks</li></ul>What you&rsquo;ll own<ul><li>Inventory flow from delivery &rarr; floor readiness</li><li>BridalLive accuracy and system organization</li><li>Daily operational task completion and follow-through</li><li>Fitting room setup, resets, and product readiness</li><li>Freight processing and intake of new inventory</li><li>Menswear administrative support (orders, tracking, organization)</li><li>Alterations workflow support (tracking + coordination)</li><li>Maintaining a clean, organized, and functional store environment</li><li>Ensuring daily operations are completed fully and consistently</li><li>Merchandise management and displays including floor sets and shifts</li></ul>What success looks like<ul><li>Inventory is processed and floor-ready without delay</li><li>Systems are accurate, clean, and consistently maintained</li><li>Stylists are not pulled away from clients for operational issues</li><li>Menswear and alterations workflows feel organized and supported</li><li>The store feels prepared and under control&mdash;even on busy days</li><li>The Store Manager is able to focus on leading the team and driving sales</li></ul>This role is NOT<ul><li>A sales or commission-driven position</li><li>Responsible for running or closing appointments</li><li>A leadership role over team members</li><li>A fill-in stylist for regular floor coverage</li><li>A &ldquo;help wherever needed&rdquo; position without clear ownership</li></ul>How you&rsquo;ll work<ul><li>You take ownership and follow through completely</li><li>You work independently while staying aligned with leadership</li><li>You prefer structure, organization, and finishing what you start</li><li>You communicate clearly and keep things on track</li><li>You stay steady and focused&mdash;even when things get busy</li></ul>You might be a great fit if you:<ul><li>Naturally create systems and keep things organized</li><li>Notice details others miss</li><li>Prefer being behind the scenes but take pride in how things run</li><li>Like clear expectations and doing things the right way</li><li>Can support a team without needing to lead it</li></ul>A quick note about this roleYou&rsquo;ll work closely with our Store Manager and be a key part of how the store functions day to day.This role has strong ownership, but it operates within an established leadership structure.Success here means:<ul><li>Taking initiative</li><li>Staying aligned</li><li>Owning your lane fully</li></ul>Pay$21&ndash;$23/hour depending on experience and demonstrated ownershipSchedulePart-time (3-4 days per week) Minimum of 2 Saturdays per month required, schedule somewhat flexibleTo applyBefore applying here: please email your resume + a short intro to: hiring@bridalgallerysalem.comFinal noteWe&rsquo;re a small, high-performing team that values accountability, consistency, and a great client experience.If you take pride in being the person who keeps everything running smoothly&mdash;we&rsquo;d love to hear from you.Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hourExperience:<ul><li>Fashion retail: 2 years (Required)</li><li>Inventory management: 2 years (Required)</li><li>Customer service: 4 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
