Job Summary:We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer / UI-UX Designer with minimum 1 year of experience to 3 years who can create visually appealing designs and intuitive user experiences for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, hands-on experience with design tools, and the ability to collaborate effectively with developers and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities: Graphic Designing:<ul><li>1 to 3 years of experience.</li><li>Create engaging visual designs for websites, mobile apps, social media, banners, brochures, and marketing materials.</li><li>Design wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI screens.</li><li>Ensure brand consistency across all design assets.</li><li>Work on PSD/FIGMA/XD files and prepare assets for development.</li></ul>UI/UX Designing:<ul><li>Understand user requirements and convert them into user-friendly designs.</li><li>Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI components.</li><li>Conduct basic user research and usability improvements.</li><li>Collaborate closely with developers to ensure proper design implementation.</li></ul>Collaboration &amp; Quality:<ul><li>Coordinate with product managers, developers, and marketing teams.</li><li>Revise designs based on feedback while maintaining quality standards.</li><li>Stay updated with latest design trends, tools, and UX best practices.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Proven 1 to 3 years experience as a Graphic Designer / UI-UX Designer.</li><li>Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Adobe XD (mandatory).</li><li>Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, typography, color theory, and layouts.</li><li>Experience designing responsive web and mobile interfaces.</li><li>Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Experience with design systems and component libraries.</li><li>Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows.</li><li>Knowledge of animation tools (After Effects/Lottie) is a plus.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Graphic design: 1 year (Required)</li><li>Ui/UX: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Mohali, Punjab (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
