Graphic Designer || Ui/Ux Designer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer / UI-UX Designer with minimum 1 year of experience to 3 years who can create visually appealing designs and intuitive user experiences for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, hands-on experience with design tools, and the ability to collaborate effectively with developers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities: Graphic Designing:

• 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Create engaging visual designs for websites, mobile apps, social media, banners, brochures, and marketing materials.
• Design wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI screens.
• Ensure brand consistency across all design assets.
• Work on PSD/FIGMA/XD files and prepare assets for development.

UI/UX Designing:

• Understand user requirements and convert them into user-friendly designs.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI components.
• Conduct basic user research and usability improvements.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure proper design implementation.

Collaboration & Quality:

• Coordinate with product managers, developers, and marketing teams.
• Revise designs based on feedback while maintaining quality standards.
• Stay updated with latest design trends, tools, and UX best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven 1 to 3 years experience as a Graphic Designer / UI-UX Designer.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Adobe XD (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, typography, color theory, and layouts.
• Experience designing responsive web and mobile interfaces.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with design systems and component libraries.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows.
• Knowledge of animation tools (After Effects/Lottie) is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
