 What You’ll Do / Key Responsibilities
 As a Landscaper on our Green Team, you are the hands-on professional keeping Charlotte beautiful.

<li>Make an Impact: Perform precision weedeating, edging, mulching, and planting to keep properties looking their absolute best.</li>
<li>Grounds Maintenance: Execute high-quality pruning and general lawn care techniques.</li>
<li>Teamwork: Work alongside a dedicated crew that values reliability, punctuality, and a "quality-first" mindset.</li>
<li>Landscaping Excellence: Maintain and operate professional-grade equipment to ensure safety and efficiency on every site.</li>
</ul>
What You Bring To The Team
 <ul>
<li>Experience: 1–3 years of Landscaping experience is preferred, but a great attitude is a must!</li>
<li>Valid License: A valid NC or SC Driver’s License and a clean driving record are required.</li>
<li>Stamina: Ability to handle physical outdoor work and lift up to 35 lbs repetitively.</li>
<li>Reliability: You show up on time, every time, ready to make a difference.</li>
