• Location/Work Type: Ted Johnson Parkway (On-site Location)
• Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM)
• Requirements/Qualifications: 1+ years of supervisory experience required; must be able to lift 35 lbs repetitively; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

What You’ll Do As a Janitorial Shift Supervisor on our team, you lead operations and keep our facility shining! Your daily janitorial site supervisor routine brings structure to your shift as your tasks include:

• Directly supervising cleaners, executing daily work schedules, and inspecting completed tasks.
• Training new team members on safety, PPE, chemical dilution, and site protocols.
• Communicating professionally with facility contacts and serving as a hands-on cleaning supervisor as needed.

What You Bring To The Team

• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or team lead experience in facility services or housekeeping.
• Strong communication and training skills (bilingual in English and Spanish is a big plus!).
• Physical capability to stand, walk, and lift up to 35 lbs repetitively.
