Janitorial Supervisor

Job Description

DORSWOOD is seeking a reliable and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee janitorial operations at a government facility in Jefferson City, Missouri.

This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage cleaning staff, ensure quality control, and maintain compliance with contract requirements and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee all cleaning operations during assigned shifts
• Ensure all work is completed according to contract standards
• Perform inspections and maintain quality control
• Train and support cleaning staff as needed
• Serve as the primary point of contact for DORSWOOD management
• Maintain cleaning logs, reports, and documentation
• Ensure building security procedures are followed (locking doors, restricted access, etc.)

Experience

• Minimum 2–3 years of janitorial or cleaning experience
• Prior supervisory or team lead experience REQUIRED
• Experience with commercial or government facilities preferred

Supervision Requirement

• Must be a working supervisor
• Present during cleaning operations
• Actively involved in work when needed
• Responsible for team performance and quality

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6.0 – 12.0 per week

Work Location: In person
