Cleaning Supervisor - Mason Ohio $18 to $20 per hour

Full-Service Facility Maintenance company offering a wide range of janitorial services for industrial, commercial, and construction customers throughout Ohio for the past 30 years

Position: Janitorial Site Supervisor (Commercial Office)

Location: Mason Ohio - near Tylersville Road and Western Row Road

Rate of Pay: $20.00 per hour

Shift: Flexible: afternoon /evening

Duties: Oversee a crew of cleaning personnel in a large office building - including:

• Coordinate and supervise on site activities, including worker assignments and task prioritization
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards
• Perform regular building walk-through's and inspections.
• Providing orientation and oversee the training of new employees.
• Assist Management in writing employee reviews and disciplinary write ups.
• Replenish supplies
• Maintain equipment
• Fill in for absent employees.
• Collaborate with upper management to ensure smooth project execution
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, progress reports, and incident reports
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to minimize workplace hazards
• Provide leadership and guidance to on-site team members, fostering a positive work environment
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues as they arise, taking decisive actions when necessary

Must pass criminal background check

Must have reliable transportation

Must have experience supervising cleaning/janitorial crews
