Job Description
The Route Coordinator plays a critical role in keeping our branch running smoothly day-to-day. This position is responsible for coordinating service routes, supporting customer communication, and ensuring administrative execution is accurate and timely.
You&rsquo;ll work closely with the Branch Manager, technicians, and sales team to ensure schedules are efficient, customers are taken care of, and operations stay on track.<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Key Responsibilities:</h3> 
Customer Experience<ul><li>
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communication</li><li>
Handle scheduling, service inquiries, and issue resolution</li><li>
Deliver consistent, professional service across all interactions</li></ul>
Route Coordination &amp; Scheduling<ul><li>
Build and manage daily service routes for pest control technicians</li><li>
Adjust schedules in real time to meet customer and operational needs</li><li>
Optimize routes for efficiency, density, and service quality</li></ul>
Branch Operations Support<ul><li>
Support day-to-day administrative operations within the branch</li><li>
Ensure completion of key daily, weekly, and monthly processes</li><li>
Partner with technicians and sales teams to support execution</li></ul>
New Account Setup &amp; Sales Processing<ul><li>
Accurately set up new customer accounts</li><li>
Process service agreements and sales transactions</li><li>
Maintain clean, accurate customer data</li></ul>
Accounts Receivable &amp; Collections<ul><li>
Monitor and manage outstanding balances</li><li>
Support collections for current accounts</li><li>
Partner with corporate on escalated accounts</li></ul>
Operational Compliance<ul><li>
Maintain accurate records and documentation</li><li>
Ensure alignment with company processes and standards</li><li>
Support audit readiness and operational consistency</li></ul>
Requirements:

Experience &amp; Education<ul><li>
High school diploma or GED required</li><li>
6+ months of experience in administrative support, scheduling, dispatch, or customer service</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Skills &amp; Abilities</h3><ul><li>
Strong communication and problem-solving skills</li><li>
Highly organized with strong attention to detail</li><li>
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment</li><li>
Comfortable working with systems, data entry, and scheduling tools</li><li>
Ability to professionally interact with customers and internal teams</li><li>
Service-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership</li></ul>
