Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant dining team! This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that values teamwork, positivity, and excellence.Duties<ul><li>Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive seating assistance as needed</li><li>Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff and bartenders</li><li>Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality</li><li>Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities</li><li>Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations in accordance with sanitation standards</li><li>Handle cash transactions accurately through POS systems and manage cash handling responsibilities responsibly</li><li>Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure smooth operations</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience with POS systems</li><li>Strong knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and food safety protocols in a restaurant or food industry setting</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle guest inquiries professionally</li><li>Experience in fine dining environments or nightclubs is a plus but not required</li><li>Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume service times</li><li>Ability to upsell menu items confidently using OpenTable or other reservation/ordering tools</li><li>Basic math skills for cashiering, bill splitting, and accurate cash handling</li><li>Familiarity with food preparation, food industry standards, and hospitality best practices</li><li>Previous experience as a host/hostess or server in a restaurant setting is highly desirable</li></ul>Join our team to deliver outstanding service that leaves guests excited to return!
