Receptionist &ndash; Garage / Automotive Service CenterThe Receptionist is the first point of contact for customers at the garage. This role is responsible for providing professional front-desk support, managing appointments, handling customer inquiries, and assisting the service team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.Key Responsibilities --Customer Service<ul><li>Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.</li><li>Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails.</li><li>Schedule, confirm, and manage service appointments.</li><li>Provide basic information about services, pricing, and timelines.</li><li>Communicate service updates between technicians and customers.</li><li>Handle customer complaints politely and escalate when necessary.</li></ul>Administrative Duties<ul><li>Maintain customer records and vehicle service history.</li><li>Prepare invoices, process payments (cash, card, online).</li><li>File and organize repair orders and service documents.</li><li>Order and track office supplies.</li><li>Assist with warranty paperwork and insurance documentation (if applicable).</li></ul>Operational Support<ul><li>Coordinate with service advisors and mechanics regarding job status.</li><li>Ensure reception and waiting areas are clean and welcoming.</li><li>Help manage daily job schedules and workshop bookings.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Taking calls, replying to emails, preparation estimation,=and invoice , welcoming in customers and visitors to company premises</li><li>Previous receptionist or customer service experience (automotive industry preferred).</li><li>Basic understanding of vehicle services (oil changes, brake repair, diagnostics, etc.).</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Good organizational and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, garage management systems).</li><li>Professional appearance and positive attitude.</li></ul>Should have knowledge of Accounting.<ul><li>Maximum experience of 2 to 3 years same field.</li><li>Salary will discuss.</li><li>Must be Female</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeExperience:<ul><li>receptionist: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>
