Job Title

Automotive Accountant-An Accountant is responsible for managing financial records, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and supporting business operations through proper accounting practices, compliance, and financial analysis.Having experience in the garage industry is a top priority.

Key Responsibilities1. Financial Record Keeping

• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions
• Post and process journal entries
• Update accounts payable and receivable

2. Accounts Payable & Receivable

• Process supplier invoices and payments
• Issue customer invoices and track collections
• Reconcile vendor and customer accounts

3. Bank & Ledger Reconciliation

• Reconcile bank statements with company records
• Maintain general ledger accuracy
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies

4. Financial Reporting

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
• Generate profit & loss statements and balance sheets
• Assist in financial audits
• Manage daily petty cash for small workshop expenses
• Approve and record small purchases (tools, cleaning materials, etc.)
• Reconcile petty cash at the end of each day or week
