Have 1 year minimum dispatch experience in the towing industry before applying.Training Schedule:Monday through Friday 9 am - 5 pmWorking Schedule:Wednesday 12 am to 6am &amp; Thursday through Saturday 6pm - 6amResponsibilities/Duties:<ul><li>Answer calls from incoming clients.</li><li>Give pricing to customers when needed.</li><li>Input calls into office system.</li><li>Dispatch drivers on calls.</li><li>Release vehicles at window after proving ownerships.</li><li>Write emails and be efficient at computer work.</li><li>File paperwork.</li><li>Receive money and document correctly.</li><li>Work closely with police agencies.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Clean criminal history meaning no felonies.</li><li>Have 1 year minimum dispatch experience in the towing industry.</li><li>Speak, write, read and understand English language.</li><li>Be reliable.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Paid time and a half over 40 hours</li><li>1 week paid vacation after 1 year of employment</li><li>6 unpaid sick days a year</li></ul>Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hourExperience:<ul><li>Dispatching in Towing Industry: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
