Tow Truck Dispatcher (6pm-6am)

Have 1 year minimum dispatch experience in the towing industry before applying.

Training Schedule:

Monday through Friday 9 am - 5 pm

Working Schedule:

Wednesday 12 am to 6am & Thursday through Saturday 6pm - 6am

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Answer calls from incoming clients.
• Give pricing to customers when needed.
• Input calls into office system.
• Dispatch drivers on calls.
• Release vehicles at window after proving ownerships.
• Write emails and be efficient at computer work.
• File paperwork.
• Receive money and document correctly.
• Work closely with police agencies.

Requirements:

• Clean criminal history meaning no felonies.
• Have 1 year minimum dispatch experience in the towing industry.
• Speak, write, read and understand English language.
• Be reliable.

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
