Overnight Dispatcher / Driver Full Time

Overnight Shift - 9pm to 7am

As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for dispatching, scheduling and resolving problems for our drivers and clients. This position requires you to have exceptional communication skills and promote a professional workplace attitude. You must be able to work under pressure and make decisions with little to no direction.

• This position will be taking calls from clients, scheduling rides, updating existing rides, and driving clients as needed.
• Class D license is required with a passenger endorsement and a non-cdl DOT medical certificate. Will be responsible to drive overnight clients on occasion
• A clean driving record is required.
• Competently direct drivers to the next location.
• Dispatch rides accurately and on-time.
• Accurately provide pricing for rides to clients.
• Must be able to multi-task under a stressful environment.
• Attention to detail is critical.
• Excellent listening skills and communication skills.
• Bi-lingual a plus but not required.
