 Position Overview:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Executive Video Editor / Videographer with 2&ndash;3 years of hands-on experience in video production. The ideal candidate is both technically strong and creatively driven, capable of managing end-to-end video production&mdash;from shooting to final delivery.
 
 
 
 
 
 This role also requires familiarity with AI-powered tools and workflows to enhance productivity, automate repetitive tasks, and elevate content quality.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 &bull; Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for digital platforms (ensuring proper framing, lighting, and audio quality).
 
 
 &bull; Edit raw footage into high-quality, engaging video content using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Audition.
 
 
 &bull; Execute advanced editing techniques including cuts, transitions, color grading, sound design, and motion graphics.
 
 
 &bull; Plan and shoot professional-grade videos, ensuring proper framing, lighting, and audio quality.
 
 
 &bull; Operate and maintain production equipment including DSLR/mirrorless cameras, drones, audio gear, and studio lighting setups.
 
 
 &bull; Collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and content teams to align with project goals and timelines.
 
 
 &bull; Integrate motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance storytelling.
 
 
 &bull; Leverage AI tools (e.g., for automated editing and rough cuts, background removal, upscaling, and enhancement, AI voiceovers, subtitles, and captions, content repurposing and short-form generation etc.) to optimize workflows.
 
 
 &bull; Ensure all content meets platform-specific requirements (social media, ads, web, etc.).
 
 
 &bull; Organize and manage media assets with proper archiving and version control.
 
 
 &bull; Stay updated with the latest trends in video production, editing techniques, and AI innovations.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:
 
 
 
 &bull; 2&ndash;3 years of professional experience in video editing and videography.
 
 
 &bull; Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Audition).
 
 
 &bull; Hands-on expertise in camera handling, drone operation, lighting setups, and audio recording.
 
 
 &bull; Solid understanding of cinematography, composition, and storytelling techniques.
 
 
 &bull; Experience with motion graphics and basic animation.
 
 
 &bull; Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools is a strong plus.
 
 
 &bull; Strong attention to detail and commitment to high production quality.
 
 
 &bull; Excellent organizational and file management skills.
 
 
 &bull; Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
 
 
 &bull; Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
 
 
 &bull; Creative mindset with a passion for visual storytelling and innovation.
