Executive Video Editor / Video grapher

Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Executive Video Editor / Videographer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in video production. The ideal candidate is both technically strong and creatively driven, capable of managing end-to-end video production—from shooting to final delivery.

This role also requires familiarity with AI-powered tools and workflows to enhance productivity, automate repetitive tasks, and elevate content quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for digital platforms (ensuring proper framing, lighting, and audio quality).

• Edit raw footage into high-quality, engaging video content using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Audition.

• Execute advanced editing techniques including cuts, transitions, color grading, sound design, and motion graphics.

• Plan and shoot professional-grade videos, ensuring proper framing, lighting, and audio quality.

• Operate and maintain production equipment including DSLR/mirrorless cameras, drones, audio gear, and studio lighting setups.

• Collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and content teams to align with project goals and timelines.

• Integrate motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance storytelling.

• Leverage AI tools (e.g., for automated editing and rough cuts, background removal, upscaling, and enhancement, AI voiceovers, subtitles, and captions, content repurposing and short-form generation etc.) to optimize workflows.

• Ensure all content meets platform-specific requirements (social media, ads, web, etc.).

• Organize and manage media assets with proper archiving and version control.

• Stay updated with the latest trends in video production, editing techniques, and AI innovations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of professional experience in video editing and videography.

• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Audition).

• Hands-on expertise in camera handling, drone operation, lighting setups, and audio recording.

• Solid understanding of cinematography, composition, and storytelling techniques.

• Experience with motion graphics and basic animation.

• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools is a strong plus.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high production quality.

• Excellent organizational and file management skills.

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
