Video Editor | Motion Graphics Specialist & Story telling

This is not a basic role. This is a creative role.

We're a digital agency working with US-based clients in the short-term rental and property management space. We're looking for a Video Editor who doesn’t just cut clips but tells stories.

You understand pacing, emotion, and how to hold attention in the first 3 seconds. You can go fast and punchy or slow and cinematic, and you know exactly when to do which. Motion graphics aren’t an add-on for you, they’re part of how you communicate.

What You’ll Do

• Edit short-form content, Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts — to a high, professional standard
• Storyboard and structure content before the edit begins — you think in narratives
• Apply motion graphics, text animations, transitions, and effects that serve the story
• Match pacing, cuts, and energy to the message, not just the music
• Work from scripts and briefs provided by the Content Strategist
• Use AI tools for generation, enhancement, and efficiency in the workflow
• Deliver clean, export-ready files on schedule across multiple projects

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of video editing experience in short-form social content
• Hands-on experience with AI-based editing tools/workflows.
• Understanding of social media trends and retention-based editing.
• Must have experience working with US-based clients, either directly or through an agency in US markets
• Ability to source and use relevant B-roll, graphics, and animations
• Proven, measurable results, growth in views, engagement, or brand performance
• Strong command of Premiere Pro and After Effects, both required or an equilant software
• Experience with dynamic subtitles and storytelling techniques.
• Ability to bring creative direction and ideas into execution.
• Real motion graphics ability, custom animations, not just templates
• Strong storytelling instinct, you know how to open, build, and close a video
• Ability to storyboard and plan content, not just execute
• Working knowledge of AI tools, Runway, CapCut AI, ElevenLabs, or similar
• Portfolio with results is mandatory

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs140,000.00 per month
