About OZ Group

OZ Group is looking for a creative and skilled Videographer & YouTube Video Editor to join our team full-time on-site. The ideal candidate should be passionate about creating engaging content for YouTube, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

Responsibilities

• Shoot high-quality video content for YouTube and social media
• Edit engaging YouTube videos, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels
• Add transitions, captions, subtitles, sound design, and color grading
• Create thumbnails and promotional short-form content
• Organize footage and manage editing workflows
• Collaborate with the content team on creative ideas and trends
• Maintain consistent editing style and brand quality

Requirements

• Experience with videography and camera handling
• Strong editing skills using:
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• After Effects
• DaVinci Resolve
• Understanding of YouTube retention editing and viral short-form content
• Knowledge of Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts trends
• Ability to work on-site full-time and meet deadlines
• Portfolio or previous work samples required
