Compensation:
$155,000 at plan
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process</li>
<li>Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions</li>
<li>Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria</li>
<li>Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction</li>
<li>Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis</li>
</ul><ul><li>Team and individual sales and lead generation</li><li>
Convert buyers</li><li>
Convert showings to sales</li><li>
Lead follow-up</li><li>
Sales scripts and objection handler mastery</li><li>
Set appointments</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision</li>
<li>Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies</li>
<li>Driven, motivated and desires professional growth</li>
</ul><ul><li>A real estate license is required
</li><li>Great communication</li><li>
Sales experience</li><li>
Must live within the greater Phoenix area</li></ul>
