Our top producing Phoenix team is looking for a licensed professional, or someone actively completing coursework, to learn to grow as a Showing Agent while developing the habits that lead to lasting success.


As a Showing Agent, you will partner with experienced producers and team leaders, gaining hands on experience through property tours, client conversations, and buyer support. With consistent opportunities, proven systems, and full administrative and marketing resources, you can focus on serving clients and building your business with confidence.


First year earning potential when hitting goals: $155,000+


This opportunity provides a clear path for motivated professionals who want to grow within a structured, results driven environment and eventually move into a full buyer’s agent position.

Compensation:

$155,000 at plan

Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process
  • Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions
  • Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria
  • Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction
  • Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis
  • Team and individual sales and lead generation
  • Convert buyers
  • Convert showings to sales
  • Lead follow-up
  • Sales scripts and objection handler mastery
  • Set appointments
Qualifications:
  • Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
  • Driven, motivated and desires professional growth
  • A real estate license is required
  • Great communication
  • Sales experience
  • Must live within the greater Phoenix area
