What You&rsquo;ll Do
Operational Oversight
<ul><li>Ensure showrooms are customer-ready and secure, supporting opening and closing procedures.
</li><li>Manage sales team schedules to align with traffic, coverage, and business needs.
</li><li>Assist with merchandising, signage, and product displays to support promotions and goals.
</li></ul>Process Improvement &amp; Reporting
<ul><li>Analyze sales operations and implement improvements to increase productivity and accuracy.
</li><li>Develop and maintain reporting tools to track sales performance, pipeline health, and forecasts.
</li><li>Administer CRM systems, ensuring data integrity, workflow automation, and consistent reporting.
</li></ul>Collaboration &amp; Leadership
<ul><li>Support cross-department communication between Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
</li><li>Train and coach sales team members on CRM tools, processes, and internal procedures.
</li><li>Assist in executing quarterly sales initiatives, promotional campaigns, and process improvement projects.

Education &amp; Experience

</li><li>Experience in retail or showroom operations, including merchandising and team scheduling, preferred.
</li></ul>Skills &amp; Requirements
<ul><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with independent decision-making abilities.
</li><li>CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or RFMS) preferred.
</li><li>Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

About the Role
Do you love keeping complex projects on track, balancing budgets, timelines, and team coordination like a pro? At American Floor &amp; Home (AFH), we&rsquo;re looking for a detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee KIBA projects from design through completion.
You&rsquo;ll be the central hub connecting the KIBA design team, subcontractors, carpenters, and clients, making sure every project stays on schedule, on budget, and exceeds expectations. This role isn&rsquo;t for someone who waits to be told what to do &mdash; you&rsquo;ll take initiative, spot problems before they arise, and proactively keep projects moving forward.

Project Planning &amp; Financial Oversight

</li><li>Monitor project progress, workflow, and quality.
</li><li>Track performance, resolve bottlenecks, and communicate updates clearly.
</li><li>Conduct Pre-Construction Walkthroughs and Handover meetings.
</li><li>Identify challenges and solutions independently &mdash; no hand-holding here!
</li></ul>Compliance &amp; Quality Assurance
<ul><li>Ensure all projects comply with industry, contractual, and company standards.
</li><li>Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
</li><li>Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
</li></ul>Other Duties
<ul><li>Support sales and marketing with project training and information.
</li><li>Learn and use CRM or project software to streamline workflows.
</li><li>Address client questions and concerns proactively.
