Sales Operations Coordinator – Keep Our Showrooms Running Smoothly

Location: Oahu, HI (On-Site)
Company: ProSource
Type: Full-Time | On-Site

About the Role

Are you a detail-oriented, highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment? ProSource is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to optimize our showroom operations and support our sales teams across all locations.

This pivotal role manages systems, processes, and schedules that drive efficiency and sales performance. You’ll also play an active leadership role in daily store operations — from merchandising and sales team coordination to ensuring each showroom is always ready for customers. With your initiative and problem-solving skills, you’ll help streamline workflows, support revenue growth, and make sure operations run like clockwork.

If you love making things run smoothly, collaborating across teams, and improving processes while keeping your finger on the pulse of sales performance, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do

Operational Oversight

  • Ensure showrooms are customer-ready and secure, supporting opening and closing procedures.

  • Manage sales team schedules to align with traffic, coverage, and business needs.

  • Assist with merchandising, signage, and product displays to support promotions and goals.

Process Improvement & Reporting

  • Analyze sales operations and implement improvements to increase productivity and accuracy.

  • Develop and maintain reporting tools to track sales performance, pipeline health, and forecasts.

  • Administer CRM systems, ensuring data integrity, workflow automation, and consistent reporting.

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Support cross-department communication between Sales, Marketing, and Operations.

  • Train and coach sales team members on CRM tools, processes, and internal procedures.

  • Assist in executing quarterly sales initiatives, promotional campaigns, and process improvement projects.

Confidentiality & Compliance

  • Maintain confidentiality of sales, employee, and client information at all times.

  • Collaborate with leadership to design and implement policies and procedures.

About You

You are a proactive, highly organized, and analytical professional who thrives on improving operations and supporting teams. You take pride in ensuring processes run efficiently, deadlines are met, and operations are seamless. You are both a problem-solver and a collaborator, able to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing accuracy or attention to detail.

You’d Be a Perfect Fit If You Are

  • Skilled at managing systems, schedules, and workflows that enhance efficiency.

  • A proactive problem solver who identifies challenges and implements effective solutions.

  • Experienced in sales operations, retail management, or process coordination.

  • Comfortable using reporting tools to track and improve sales performance.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

  • A strong communicator who enjoys working cross-functionally.

  • Able to lead by example while fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.

Desired Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).

  • 3+ years’ experience in sales operations, business administration, or sales support.

  • Experience in retail or showroom operations, including merchandising and team scheduling, preferred.

Skills & Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with independent decision-making abilities.

  • CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or RFMS) preferred.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal supervision.

  • Physical requirement: Prolonged periods at a desk; must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.

Location

This is an in-person position based on the island of Oahu (County of Honolulu), Hawaii. While we welcome applicants from all locations, candidates must be available to work on-site in Oahu. Team members are required to work on-site regularly on a weekly basis.
