This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality skills while working in a fast-paced, energetic environment.&lt;Responsibilities&gt;<ul><li>Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience</li><li>Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff</li><li>Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation</li><li>Assist guests with menu selections, including recommendations and upselling of specials to enhance their experience</li><li>Manage multiple tables efficiently by coordinating timely food delivery and addressing guest needs proactively</li><li>Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering systems like OpenTable or POS terminals, including cash handling and basic math calculations</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and adhering to food safety protocols</li></ul>&lt;Requirements&gt;<ul><li>Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, fine dining.</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle diverse customer needs</li><li>Knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations</li><li>Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail</li><li>Previous experience in serving, bussing, hosting/hostess roles, or food industry roles is highly desirable</li><li>Excellent communication skills along with basic math proficiency for cash handling and order processing</li></ul>Join us as a Server and be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality!
