<Job Summary>

<Responsibilities>

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
• Assist guests with menu selections, including recommendations and upselling of specials to enhance their experience
• Manage multiple tables efficiently by coordinating timely food delivery and addressing guest needs proactively
• Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering systems like OpenTable or POS terminals, including cash handling and basic math calculations
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and adhering to food safety protocols

<Requirements>

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, fine dining.
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle diverse customer needs
• Knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Previous experience in serving, bussing, hosting/hostess roles, or food industry roles is highly desirable
• Excellent communication skills along with basic math proficiency for cash handling and order processing
