We will work around your school schedule!Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and energetic Landscaper/Groundskeeper to join our dynamic team dedicated to maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and aesthetic appeal of various landscapes through hands-on maintenance, landscaping projects, and seasonal tasks. Your enthusiasm for outdoor work and attention to detail will help create inviting environments that inspire and delight our clients and community. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in landscape care while contributing to vibrant, well-kept grounds.Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform lawn care duties including mowing, edging, fertilizing, aerating, and weed control to maintain lush, healthy turf.</li><li>Conduct landscape maintenance such as planting, pruning, trimming trees and shrubs, and installing new plantings or hardscape features.</li><li>Operate hand tools (shovels, rakes, pruners) and power tools (weed whackers, blowers, chainsaws) safely and efficiently.</li><li>Support tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and health assessments to promote growth and safety.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Demonstrated mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment and tools.</li><li>Experience with lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, and hardscape installation is preferred.</li><li>Ability to operate hand tools, power tools and other construction machinery confidently.</li><li>Strong work ethic with physical stamina for outdoor labor in various weather conditions.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive approach to maintenance tasks.
