Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Landscaper/Groundskeeper to join our dynamic team dedicated to maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and aesthetic appeal of various landscapes through hands-on maintenance, landscaping projects, and seasonal tasks. Responsibilities

• Perform lawn care duties including mowing, edging, fertilizing, aerating, and weed control to maintain lush, healthy turf.
• Conduct landscape maintenance such as planting, pruning, trimming trees and shrubs, and installing new plantings or hardscape features.
• Operate hand tools (shovels, rakes, pruners) and power tools (weed whackers, blowers, chainsaws) safely and efficiently.
• Support tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and health assessments to promote growth and safety.

Requirements

• Demonstrated mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment and tools.
• Experience with lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, and hardscape installation is preferred.
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools and other construction machinery confidently.
• Strong work ethic with physical stamina for outdoor labor in various weather conditions.
