This is a KPERS covered position.Our work environment includes:<ul><li>Flexible working hours</li><li>Optional 4 day work week</li><li>No on call work</li><li>Collaborative work environment</li><li>On-the-job training</li><li>Positive atmosphere</li><li>Growth opportunities</li><li>Great benefits and competitive wages</li></ul>Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee agency corporate compliance to assure agency meets all necessary certification and licensing requirements</li><li>Directly supervise Medical Records Clerk</li><li>Oversee The Center&rsquo;s Utilization Review Process, follow up with appropriate supervisors on identified gaps in skills or performance issues and expectations for remediation/compliance</li><li>Oversee Center Policy Updates as necessary and establish routine reviews</li><li>Work to insure updated policies are constantly available to Center staff and/or consumers as appropriate, facilitate staff review updates in a timely manner and assist in providing staff updates and reviews</li><li>Collaborate with appropriate staff to review Incident Reports with appropriate follow up to QI/Risk Management Committee</li><li>Collaborate with agency teams in the review of data to identify progress, areas of concern and assist with development of necessary adjustments or revisions as necessary using the Plan, Do, Study, ACT mode</li><li>Facilitate Quality Improvement/Risk Management committee, assist with making necessary changes in policies or protocols to improve service quality, Center compliance and reduce potential risks</li><li>Serve as point of contact for consumer complaints and concerns, investigate and follow up as necessary</li><li>Oversees The Center&rsquo;s Community Needs Assessments and Client Satisfaction Surveys, sharing results to management team for review and response</li><li>Assist designated staff with Evidence Based Practice Fidelity Reviews, monitoring for successes to celebrate or gaps in performance to mediate, report to supervisors and management team for appropriate follow up</li><li>Serve as main contact for KDADS Adverse Incident Reporting (AIRs)</li><li>Update MOU&rsquo;s and Care Coordination agreements</li><li>Update and track Business Associate Agreements</li><li>Run monthly OIG and SAM reports on all employees and board members</li><li>Facilitate Corporate Compliance training with all new hires</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or Marriage and Family</li><li>Background void of any issues related to abuse or neglect.</li><li>Valid Kansas driver's license with favorable driving record</li><li>Previous QI Experience</li></ul>Desired Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or Marriage and Family</li><li>Knowledge of the legal system, court and/or emergency service systems</li><li>Experience with Crisis Services</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $59,000.00 - $64,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee assistance program</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Flexible spending account</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Professional development assistance</li><li>Retirement plan</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Master's (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Kansas BSRB license (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated Parent Peer Support Case Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing assistance and guidance to individuals in need. This is a KPERS covered position.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist families in understanding effective parenting skills in relation to child's mental illness and treatment, developing a safe and supportive environment in the home, understanding problem solving skills, coping mechanisms and strategies for behavior management.</li><li>Assist treatment team in facilitating team meetings as needed</li><li>Provide support to parents with emotionally disturbed children when the need exists individually or in group setting</li><li>Assist families during crisis situations alongside Tx team members and within scope of practice</li><li>Assist families in identifying, understanding and accessing services and resources</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date paperwork and documentation</li><li>Assist families with understanding services, availability, choices and description of services that impact the child with a mental illness while living in the community.</li><li>Monitor client's progress towards treatment plan goals through the facilitation of psychosocial groups, collateral contacts with schools, parents, designated team members and through wraparound meetings</li><li>Attend professional development opportunities and complete required trainings to advance skills</li><li>Attend required meetings</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Clean KBI, DCF Adult &amp; Child Abuse Checks</li><li>Valid KS Driver's License with favorable driving record</li><li>Lived experience as a parent/caregiver of a child with SED, SUD or co-occurring mental health diagnosis</li><li>Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of equivalent education and/or experience working in the human services field with most experience being with children</li></ul>This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals in need.
