We are deeply committed to maintaining a workplace that values both professional excellence and operational efficiency.Job Summary We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Front Desk Administrator to support the administrative needs of our busy therapy office. This role focuses on behind-the-scenes responsibilities such as managing scheduling, following up on electronic intake paperwork, responding to client portal messages, and assisting with daily office operations.This is a full-time, in-office position from Monday through Friday 8AM - 4PM. The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, and has strong communication and time management skills.ResponsibilitiesClient Coordination and Communication<ul><li>Review new client inquiries each morning and schedule appointments by phone or email.</li><li>Follow up with clients to ensure electronic intake paperwork is completed prior to scheduled sessions.</li><li>Monitor and respond to client messages within the portal in a timely and professional manner.</li><li>Track and update appointment details in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.</li></ul>Administrative and Operational Support<ul><li>Assign therapy rooms and maintain the daily schedule.</li><li>Assist with internal scheduling adjustments and communicate updates to staff.</li><li>Perform daily office upkeep tasks including tidying the waiting room, kitchen area, and therapy offices.</li><li>Place supply orders (e.g., coffee, paper, office and essentials) and restock shared spaces.</li></ul>Support for Clinical Director<ul><li>Assist Dr. Joe Kort with basic administrative tasks, such as organizing appointments, meetings, and travel.
