Job Overview As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in nurturing the growth and development of young children in a vibrant learning environment. You will work closely with lead teachers to implement engaging lesson plans, support classroom activities, and foster a positive atmosphere where children can thrive. Your passion for early childhood education and commitment to individualized care will make a significant impact on our students' learning journeys.What you&rsquo;ll do<ul><li>Collaborate with lead teachers to develop and implement lesson plans that promote literacy, math, and overall childhood development.</li><li>Assist in managing classroom activities, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment for all students.</li><li>Provide individualized support to children, including those with special needs or disabilities, fostering their social and emotional growth.</li><li>Engage with students through hands-on activities that encourage exploration and creativity.</li><li>Maintain effective communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress and classroom events.</li><li>Observe and document children's behavior and development to inform curriculum adjustments and behavior management strategies.</li><li>Support daily routines including snack time, outdoor play, and transitions between activities to ensure smooth operations.</li></ul>Basic qualifications<ul><li>2 years experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting.</li><li>Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff.</li></ul>Preferred qualifications<ul><li>Background in early childhood education or related field.</li><li>Experience in lesson planning, curriculum development, and classroom management techniques.</li><li>Knowledge of behavior management strategies tailored for young learners.</li><li>Understanding of literacy education principles and math concepts for preschoolers.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li><li>Professional development assistance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
