Job Overview We are seeking a friendly, professional Front Desk Associate to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This candidate will primarily work 3pm-11pm Fridays and Saturdays and ideally have open availability on Sundays as needed.Duties<ul><li>Greet guests warmly and check them in/out efficiently using hotel management software</li><li>Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette</li><li>Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests with professionalism</li><li>Maintain accurate records of guest information and billing details</li><li>Assist with guest services such as concierge requests, local recommendations, and problem resolution</li><li>Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction</li><li>Uphold hotel policies and procedures, including night audit responsibilities when required</li><li>Promote hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experience</li><li>Ensure the front desk area remains organized, clean, and welcoming at all times</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations preferred</li><li>Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations</li><li>Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively</li><li>Familiarity with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is advantageous</li><li>Knowledge of resort operations or hotel experience is a plus</li><li>Ability to handle night audit procedures and manage late-night shifts is beneficial</li><li>Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest interaction skills</li></ul>This position offers an engaging opportunity to be part of a dynamic hospitality environment where your interpersonal skills and professionalism will contribute directly to guest satisfaction.Job Type: Part-timePay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
