Front Desk Associate (Fri/Sat/Sun) 3pm-11pm

Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly, professional Front Desk Associate to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This candidate will primarily work 3pm-11pm Fridays and Saturdays and ideally have open availability on Sundays as needed.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly and check them in/out efficiently using hotel management software
• Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette
• Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests with professionalism
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and billing details
• Assist with guest services such as concierge requests, local recommendations, and problem resolution
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
• Uphold hotel policies and procedures, including night audit responsibilities when required
• Promote hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experience
• Ensure the front desk area remains organized, clean, and welcoming at all times

Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations preferred
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
• Familiarity with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is advantageous
• Knowledge of resort operations or hotel experience is a plus
• Ability to handle night audit procedures and manage late-night shifts is beneficial
• Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest interaction skills

Job Type: Part-time
