Are you a people person who loves creating great experiences? The Chatty Cat Caf&eacute; is looking for baristas (Purristas!) to join our team. This is a part-time role with about 15 hours per week and the potential for a permanent role on the team after holiday.We&rsquo;re seeking team members who can bring a friendly personality, strong people skills, and proven work history in customer-facing roles. Caf&eacute; or barista experience is preferred.What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>Be the Friendly Face: Greet guests warmly, take orders, and create a welcoming atmosphere.</li><li>Craft Drinks &amp; Food: Prepare coffee, tea, and seasonal beverages, plus assist with pastries and light food prep.</li><li>Keep Things Running Smoothly: Help maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready caf&eacute;.</li><li>Be Part of the Weekend Team: Provide reliable support during our busiest days and holiday rushes.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>Caf&eacute;/barista experience preferred.</li><li>Outgoing, friendly, and confident talking with guests.</li><li>Must be 18 years or older.</li><li>Weekend and holiday availability is required &mdash; no exceptions. </li><li>Dependable, quick learner, and able to work independently once trained.</li></ul>Details:<ul><li>~15 hours per week.</li><li>Pay: $10.10/hr + tips (avg $13&ndash;$16/hr with tips included)</li><li>Please watch your email for application updates &mdash; we do not have a phone number to respond to applications.
