Are you a people person who loves creating great experiences? The Chatty Cat Café is looking for baristas (Purristas!) to join our team. This is a part-time role with about 15 hours per week and the potential for a permanent role on the team after holiday.

We’re seeking team members who can bring a friendly personality, strong people skills, and proven work history in customer-facing roles. Café or barista experience is preferred.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the Friendly Face: Greet guests warmly, take orders, and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Craft Drinks & Food: Prepare coffee, tea, and seasonal beverages, plus assist with pastries and light food prep.
• Keep Things Running Smoothly: Help maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready café.
• Be Part of the Weekend Team: Provide reliable support during our busiest days and holiday rushes.

What We’re Looking For:

• Café/barista experience preferred.
• Outgoing, friendly, and confident talking with guests.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Weekend and holiday availability is required — no exceptions.
• Dependable, quick learner, and able to work independently once trained.

Details:

• ~15 hours per week.
• Pay: $10.10/hr + tips (avg $13–$16/hr with tips included)
