Key Responsibilities Student Guidance &amp; Counselling<ul><li>Provide individual and group counselling sessions for students.</li><li>Help students identify their strengths, interests, and career aspirations through psychometric tests and counselling tools.</li><li>Guide students on subject selection, career planning, higher education, and professional courses.</li></ul>College &amp; Career Planning<ul><li>Provide information on national and international universities, courses, and admission processes.</li><li>Assist students in preparing for competitive exams (NEET, JEE, CUET, UPSC Foundation, etc.).</li><li>Support students in building profiles, resumes, and personal statements for higher studies.</li><li>Provide interview preparation including performing mock interviews and writing a statement of purpose</li></ul>Workshops &amp; Awareness Programs<ul><li>Organize career fairs, expert talks, and seminars with industry professionals.</li><li>Conduct orientation programs for parents to align them with students career goals.</li><li>Arrange sessions on emerging careers, skill development, and vocational options.</li></ul>Student Development<ul><li>Encourage holistic development by providing guidance on soft skills, time management, goal setting, and decision-making.</li><li>Support students dealing with academic stress, peer pressure, and exam anxiety.</li></ul>Coordination<ul><li>Collaborate with teachers and parents to track and support student progress.</li><li>Network with universities, career experts, and institutions for student benefit.</li><li>Maintain and update a career resource center/library for students.</li></ul>Documentation &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Maintain student counselling records and progress reports.</li><li>Submit periodic updates and reports to the school management.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Masters Degree in Psychology / Counselling / Career Guidance / Education (preferred).</li><li>Certification in Career Counselling or Psychometric Testing (desirable).</li><li>Minimum 8 years of experience in school or educational counselling.</li><li>Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.</li><li>Knowledge of CBSE curriculum, higher education systems in India and abroad.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;80,000.00 - &#8377;100,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>How soon you can join</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Master's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Career Guidence: 8 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
