Mathematics Teacher- IB MYP

Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons aligned with the IB MYP framework.
• Develop unit plans following the IB MYP requirements, including statements of inquiry, key concepts, and related concepts.
• Preparing and distributing learning material such as notes, assignments, and quizzes.
• Sourcing the resources and supplies needed for lessons.
• Ensuring that the classroom remains safe and conducive to learning.
• Grading assignments and quizzes in a timely manner.
• Invigilating quizzes and final examinations.
• Participate in professional development sessions, IB trainings, and collaborative planning meetings.
• Contribute to school events, academic activities, and enrichment programs.

Math Teacher Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in education with a specialization in mathematics.
• Certificate in IB Teachers Training is an advantage.
• Proven experience as a Math Teacher.
• Prior experience teaching Mathematics in an IB MYP environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of the IB MYP framework, assessment criteria, and inquiry-based pedagogy.
• A thorough understanding of best practices in teaching.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
