OverviewThe Administrative Assistant to the Minister of Ministries &amp; Media provides comprehensive administrative and organizational support to ensure the effective operation of the Executive Office. This position assists in coordinating communication, scheduling, record-keeping, and project tracking for the Minister of Ministries and Media. The Administrative Assistant serves as a key liaison between the Minister of Ministries and Media, staff, ministry leaders, and community partners. Advancing the mission, vision, and core values of The Church Without Walls.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support&middot; Manage and maintain the Minister of Ministries &amp; Media&rsquo;s schedule, meetings, travel, and correspondence.&middot; Prepare, proofread, and distribute letters, reports, presentations, and other documents.&middot; Handle confidential information with the highest degree of integrity and discretion.&middot; Serve as the initial point of contact for internal and external inquiries directed to the Minister of Ministries and Media.Operational &amp; Ministry Coordination&middot; Support the implementation and documentation of strategic goals and initiatives.&middot; Coordinate interdepartmental communication to ensure timely follow-up on assigned projects.&middot; Maintain organized and up-to-date digital and physical filing systems for executive operations.&middot; Assist with administrative tasks related to staff onboarding, communications, and workflow tracking.Financial &amp; Administrative Support&middot; Process invoices, expense reimbursements, and purchasing requests under the direction of the Minister of Ministries and Media.&middot; Assist with budget preparation, expenditure tracking, and basic financial documentation.Ministry &amp; Administrative Support&middot; Supporting administrative processes that ensure operational readiness across administration, finance, HR, facilities, and ministry coordination.&middot; Providing administrative support for ministry development, budgeting, and calendaring initiatives.&middot; Maintaining records, reports, and follow-up documentation connected to strategic planning, ministry reviews, and key performance measures.&middot; Assisting with coordination between the Minister of Ministries and Media, ministry leaders, and Christian Education staff for continuing education, professional growth, and spiritual development initiatives.&middot; Coordinates meetings, retreats, and events for ministry staff focused on spiritual development, strategic goals, and annual planning.&middot; Helping facilitate communication and logistics related to annual strategic planning and the development of financial plans that align with church objectives.Qualifications:Associate or bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred, or equivalent administrative experience.<ul><li>Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience supporting senior leadership in a church, nonprofit, or corporate setting.</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and general office technology.</li><li>Exceptional organization, communication, and time management skills.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ministry-focused environment.</li><li>Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to confidentiality.</li><li>Alignment with the mission, vision, and values of The Church Without Walls.</li></ul>Core Competencies:<ul><li>Professionalism &amp; integrity</li><li>Organizational and Time Management Skills</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication</li><li>Confidentiality and discretion</li><li>Problem-Solving &amp; Initiative</li><li>Team Collaboration and Interpersonal Effectiveness</li><li>High Capacity and Detail-Oriented</li><li>Proactive and Positive Attitude</li><li>Multitasker, Creative, and Fast Learner</li></ul>Spiritual Expectations:<ul><li>Maintain a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a lifestyle consistent with biblical principles.</li><li>Support and actively participate in the mission, vision, and values of The Church Without Walls.</li></ul>Pay: $45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Executive administrative support: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Houston, TX 77084 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
