Position: Cleaning Operative Location: Maidstone, ME14 Salary: &pound;12.79 per hour Days: Monday to Friday; 12:00pm - 04:00pmWe currently have a fantastic vacancy for Cleaning Operative at a site in Maidstone. Our growing team expertly delivers cleaning services to a diverse range of corporate customers across London, the South West, South East and West Midlands.EssentialExperience as a work leader, team leader, or supervisor experience in a related fieldessentialInfection control knowledgeExperience of working in a healthcare environment.Good working knowledge of health and safety issues.Attention to detailKnowledge of cleaning/hygiene COSHH procedures.Desirable Safety Culture skillsGuide the team and ensure department complies with legal and regulatory requirements such as CQC.Support recruiting and monitoring team to retain and attract talentContinuously inspects and audit assigned areas to ensure high-quality of cleaning and maintenance is being performed.Committing to the continual implementing, monitoring, and improvement of Health and Safety, high standards and first-class standardArranging and delivering training to ensure compliance to the highest standards.Maintains staffing levels by managing the rota to support daily operations and ensuring appropriate cross-coverage across shiftsOther duties as assigned.Why You Should Join Us We can offer you full training, a friendly &amp; supportive team environment, great culture and potential for career progression.
