Position: Cleaning Operative
Location: Maidstone, ME14
Salary: £12.79 per hour
Days: Monday to Friday; 12:00pm - 04:00pm

We currently have a fantastic vacancy for Cleaning Operative at a site in Maidstone. We are looking for someone who is hard working, reliable and a good communicator.

Our growing team expertly delivers cleaning services to a diverse range of corporate customers across London, the South West, South East and West Midlands.

Essential

Experience as a work leader, team leader, or supervisor experience in a related field

essential

Infection control knowledge

Experience of working in a healthcare environment.

Good working knowledge of health and safety issues.

Attention to detail

Knowledge of cleaning/hygiene COSHH procedures.

Desirable

Safety Culture skills

Guide the team and ensure department complies with legal and regulatory requirements such as CQC.

Support recruiting and monitoring team to retain and attract talent

Continuously inspects and audit assigned areas to ensure high-quality of cleaning and maintenance is being performed.

Committing to the continual implementing, monitoring, and improvement of Health and Safety, high standards and first-class standard

Arranging and delivering training to ensure compliance to the highest standards.

Maintains staffing levels by managing the rota to support daily operations and ensuring appropriate cross-coverage across shifts

Other duties as assigned.
