Description:Sales Associates for The Club and Luciano Barbera Club are responsible for connecting our great brands and products with our clients. Successful applicants will have a background in luxury apparel or jewelry sales and will be able to provide customers with a positive experience. Sales Associates are encouraged to cross-promote other departments and should be familiar and comfortable with the offerings of all three storefronts.Duties:<ul><li>Provide consistent and exceptional customer service</li><li>Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers</li><li>Assist customers in finding the right products based on their needs and preferences</li><li>Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our Lightspeed POS system</li><li>Handle customer inquiries and returns promptly and to the client&rsquo;s satisfaction and company procedures</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking products, light merchandising and general housekeeping</li><li>Learn and conform to company policies and procedures</li><li>Promote other storefronts in the company as appropriate to clients</li><li>Achieve sales targets</li></ul>We would like you to have:<ul><li>A Background in luxury retail with experience in selling clothing and/or jewelry preferred.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and coworkers</li><li>Proficiency with basic computer, phone and communication skills</li><li>Organizational skills to maintain a clean and cohesive sales floor</li><li>Time management skills to be punctual, and prioritize tasks appropriately</li><li>Must be able to walk the sales floor and stand for the duration of their scheduled shift</li><li>Ability to lift large/bulky items including mannequins and boxes</li><li>Ability to work holidays and weekends</li></ul>Helpful, but not required:<ul><li>Experience with Lightspeed R Series Point of Sale</li><li>Merchandising experience</li></ul>We offer competitive compensation, including hourly pay plus a productivity bonus paid out semi-monthly averaging between $4-$10/hour - contingent upon sales, annual bonus, insurance, and vacation after your first year, and employee discounts on store merchandise.To apply, please submit your resume highlighting your relevant experience in retail sales.Job Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Fashion retail: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Carmel-by-the-Sea, CA 93921 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
