Guest Services &amp; Administrative CoordinatorPosition OverviewThe Clubhouse Westport is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Guest Services &amp; Administrative Coordinator to support both our front-of-house operations and administrative functions. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, customer service, and office administration in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet guests and manage reservations, waitlists, and seating.</li><li>Answer phones, respond to guest emails, and assist with booking inquiries.</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service and help resolve guest concerns.</li><li>Support ownership and management with administrative tasks, scheduling, and correspondence.</li><li>Communicate with vendors and assist with operational follow-up.</li><li>Assist with event coordination, guest communications, and special projects.</li><li>Maintain organized records and support day-to-day office operations.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Strong communication and organizational skills.</li><li>Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude.</li><li>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Experience in hospitality, customer service, or administrative support preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with Resy, Toast POS, Google Workspace, or similar platforms is preferred but not required.</li><li>Availability to work some evenings and weekends.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive pay</li><li>Flexible scheduling</li><li>Employee dining and activity discounts</li><li>Growth opportunities within a growing hospitality company</li></ul>Location: The Clubhouse Westport, Westport, CTPay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Host/hostess: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>Executive administrative support: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>Guest services: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
