The Clubhouse Westport is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Guest Services & Administrative Coordinator to support both our front-of-house operations and administrative functions. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, customer service, and office administration in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and manage reservations, waitlists, and seating.
- Answer phones, respond to guest emails, and assist with booking inquiries.
- Provide exceptional customer service and help resolve guest concerns.
- Support ownership and management with administrative tasks, scheduling, and correspondence.
- Communicate with vendors and assist with operational follow-up.
- Assist with event coordination, guest communications, and special projects.
- Maintain organized records and support day-to-day office operations.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in hospitality, customer service, or administrative support preferred.
- Familiarity with Resy, Toast POS, Google Workspace, or similar platforms is preferred but not required.
- Availability to work some evenings and weekends.

Location: The Clubhouse Westport, Westport, CT
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
