Operations Manager (Arabic Speaker)

key responsibilities- Daily Financial Monitoring: Tracking daily purchases, consumption, and wastage of ingredients and supplies to optimize costs and reduce waste.- Cost Management: Maintaining cost sheets for menu items and updating them based on market price changes to ensure accurate pricing and profitability analysis.- Financial Record-Keeping: Recording daily sales, expenses, and petty cash transactions to maintain accurate financial records.- Financial Reporting: Preparing weekly/monthly Profit and Loss (P&amp;L) summaries and assisting in budgeting to support financial planning and decision-making.- Reconciliation: Reconciling stock, bank statements, and POS settlements to ensure accuracy and detect any discrepancies.- HR Expense Tracking: Tracking HR-related expenses, such as visa, ID, and medical renewals, and supporting documentation to ensure compliance and timely payments.- Payroll and Compliance: Assisting with payroll, VAT filing, and audit coordination to ensure regulatory compliance and accurate financial reporting.- Cost Control: Flagging cost anomalies and supporting corrective actions to prevent financial losses and optimize costs.Qualifications for a Junior Accountant:- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating a strong foundation in financial management and accounting principles.- Education: A degree or higher diploma in accounting or a related field, showcasing expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting.Send your CV to WhatsApp &#8234;+97433632429Job Type: Full-time
