Operations Manager (Arabic Speaker)

* Oversee daily café operations, ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction

* Manage staff schedules, training, and performance

* Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment

* Implement SOPs for hygiene, food safety, and service standards

* Track sales, expenses, and profitability; support monthly P&L reviews

* Lead marketing initiatives and seasonal promotions

* Ensure compliance with local regulations and licensing requirements

* Handle customer feedback and resolve escalations professionally

* Coordinate with finance team for payroll, petty cash, and operational budgeting

Qualification:

Experience more than 5 years in the related restaurant or hotel with the Professional qualification.
