Position: Construction Operations Supervisor / Foreman

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Construction Operations Supervisor/Foreman to oversee and coordinate daily construction activities. This role involves ensuring project efficiency, managing teams, maintaining compliance with safety regulations, and facilitating smooth communication between stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate daily site operations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain productivity and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and address any operational challenges.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for ongoing projects.
• Communicate with clients, engineers, and project managers to ensure smooth workflow.
• Troubleshoot site issues and provide effective solutions to prevent delays.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and site conditions.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in construction supervision or coordination.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Valid QID & NOC is a must
• A valid Qatar Driving License is a must
