Job Overview:As the Business Development Manager at TCCA, your mission is to fuel the agency&rsquo;s growth by generating new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our reach in Bahrain and beyond.You&rsquo;re not just selling services &mdash; you&rsquo;re opening doors for unforgettable, undeniable brands to be born through TCCA. This role requires a proactive, confident communicator with a strategic mindset, a deep understanding of creative services, and a hunger to drive results.You&rsquo;ll work directly with the CEO and leadership team to shape our client acquisition strategy, build a predictable sales pipeline, and unlock new verticals and markets.Your Scope, Autonomy &amp; Impact:As A BDM, you will:<ul><li>Own the top-of-funnel pipeline strategy &mdash; outreach, lead generation, and relationship building</li><li>Convert cold opportunities into warm leads through partnerships, referrals, and direct pitching</li><li>Represent TCCA in meetings, industry events, and strategic conversations</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with lead-generation goals</li><li>Report directly to the CEO with updates, insights, and quarterly growth recommendations</li><li>Play a critical role in shaping the agency&rsquo;s next growth chapter</li></ul>Roles and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead Generation &amp; Outreach (40%)</li><li>Build and maintain a strategic prospecting plan (local + regional)</li><li>Initiate conversations with potential clients, partners, and collaborators</li><li>Use tools (email, social, calls, events) to consistently generate qualified leads</li><li>Establish, manage and update CRM or lead tracking tools with clarity and frequency</li><li>Strategic Partnerships (20%)</li><li>Identify potential partners (e.g., event companies, marketing firms, media houses)</li><li>Build win-win partnerships that drive business and brand awareness</li><li>Negotiate and maintain partner relationships to sustain long-term pipeline</li><li>Sales Process Management (20%)</li><li>Qualify inbound and outbound leads, and lead them through the TCCA pitch process</li><li>Collaborate with team on proposals, RFPs, presentations, and negotiations</li><li>Ensure smooth handoff to Account Managers post-sale with full briefing</li><li>Reporting &amp; Strategy (10%)</li><li>Provide weekly and monthly sales reports with performance metrics</li><li>Track win/loss ratios, lead sources, deal stages, and time to close</li><li>Suggest improvements to sales process, pricing, and pitch strategy</li><li>Representation &amp; Events (10%)</li><li>Represent TCCA at key industry events, mixers, or speaking engagements</li><li>Research and recommend local/regional opportunities to build visibility</li></ul>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)<ul><li>Number of qualified leads generated monthly</li><li>Value and volume of proposals/pitches submitted</li><li>Revenue closed directly or through partnerships</li><li>Conversion rate (lead to client)</li><li>Expansion into new verticals or regions</li><li>Proactivity, follow-up discipline, and CRM hygiene</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>3 &ndash; 5 years of business development or agency sales experience (preferred in creative, media, or marketing industries)</li><li>Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills</li><li>Comfortable with outbound outreach, cold pitching, and relationship selling</li><li>Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset</li><li>Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, ClickUp CRM, or equivalent)</li><li>Confident in presenting creative ideas and understanding brand strategy</li><li>Self-motivated, accountable, and resilient and thrives on ownership</li><li>Bilingual (Arabic &amp; English)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From BD700.000 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Business Development: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English and Arabic (Required)</li></ul>
