Marketing Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing campaigns, projects, and content deliverables
• Track timelines, approvals, and project progress using ClickUp
• Support content planning, scheduling, and social media coordination
• Liaise with Creative, Production, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Support client communication and feedback management
• Assist with reports, presentations, and administrative tasks
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, account management, or a creative agency environment
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience using ClickUp or similar project management tools
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content management
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
