Job Title: Front of the House Restaurant Manager We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Front of the House Manager to lead our service team and ensure an exceptional guest experience. You will be the &quot;face&quot; of the restaurant, maintaining a strong managerial presence on the floor to oversee daily operations, coordinate with the kitchen, and mentor staff. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building a positive, professional culture. Core Responsibilities<ul><li>Team Leadership &amp; Development: Recruit, hire, and provide ongoing coaching and training for servers, hosts, and bartenders to meet high service standards.</li><li>Floor Presence: Lead by example during busy shifts, &quot;touching tables&quot; to ensure guest satisfaction and resolving any complaints with professionalism.</li><li>Operational Excellence: Use high attention to detail to monitor dining room ambiance (lighting, music, cleanliness) and ensure all opening/closing procedures are strictly followed.</li><li>Organization: Manage weekly staff schedules and inventory levels for FOH supplies.</li><li>Communication: Act as the primary link between the front of house and the kitchen to ensure smooth service flow.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Experience: Proven experience in a restaurant leadership or supervisory role.</li><li>Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a high-pressure setting.
