We manage everything from networks and servers to websites, SEO, and computer repair. We are growing and looking for someone who wants to be part of our team long-term.What This Job InvolvesThis is a hands-on, entry-level position that includes a mix of IT, customer service, and daily shop/office tasks.IT &amp; Technical Work<ul><li>Help build, upgrade, and repair PCs</li><li>Basic troubleshooting (hardware and software)</li><li>Assist with website updates and light SEO tasks</li><li>Learn customer network setups and IT best practices</li><li>Set up workstations, install software, and assist with client updates</li></ul>Customer Service<ul><li>Answer phones and schedule appointments</li><li>Greet and assist walk-in customers</li><li>Intake repairs and log them properly</li></ul>Shop / Office Duties<ul><li>Maintain a clean and organized workspace</li><li>Perform routine cleaning and shop upkeep</li><li>Run local errands (post office, drop-offs, etc.)</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Someone who wants to learn real IT hands-on</li><li>Comfortable helping with both technical and routine shop tasks</li><li>Reliable, professional, and good with customers</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license</li><li>Interested in long-term employment and growth</li></ul>Prior IT experience is not required.
