Job Title: Creative VideographerReports To: CentralCreative DirectorPosition Overview: The Creative Videographer supports the Central Creative Director and Communications Coordinator in executing videography projects at The Courageous Church. This role focuses on assisting with pre-production, production, and post-production to create content that helps people connect with Christ and community.This is a part-time, hourly position centered on content curation, creation, collaboration, and execution.Primary Accountabilities:<ul><li>Execute videography projects through pre-production (scripting, storyboarding, location scouting, cast and crew communication), production (filming and audio recording), and post-production (video and audio editing, color grading, motion graphics, music selection)</li><li>Collaborate with the Central Creative Director to carry out video concepts and deliver high-quality final content</li><li>Work with the Communications team to help ensure story, tone, voice, and visual style align with the intended audience and brand</li><li>Support content creation and formatting for social media platforms in collaboration with the Social Media Content team</li><li>Work with the Graphics team to incorporate animated text and graphic elements into video projects as needed</li><li>Maintain organized project folders and ensure files are labeled and stored correctly</li><li>Assist in preparing gear, locations, and assets needed for shoots</li><li>Provide practical support to volunteers serving on video projects as directed</li><li>Oversee b-roll capture + archive, including scheduling volunteers for Sundays and Events as needed</li><li>Capture video b-roll, social media content, or photography across various locations of The Courageous Church, as assigned</li></ul>Skills Required:<ul><li>Proficiency in Premiere Pro and After Effects</li><li>Proficiency with all steps of the video production process</li><li>Knowledge of camera, lighting, and sound equipment</li><li>Project and file management skills</li><li>Ability to be detailed and organized while working within strict deadlines</li></ul>Schedule Expectations<ul><li>This is a part-time hourly role up to 30/hours week with a schedule of one full office day a week: 9A-3P (T, W, or Th)</li><li>Sunday from 7A&ndash;1P</li><li>Logged project hours</li><li>Additional hours may occasionally be requested based on special events, holiday programming, content shoots, or ministry needs.</li></ul>Leadership Accountabilities:<ul><li>We live a Jesus First Lifestyle | Our life and decisions are centered around Jesus</li><li>We are courageously committed | We are committed to the mission, the team, and the people.</li><li>We have a growth mindset | We adapt to change and lean into feedback</li><li>We are secure, stable, and consistent | We are people who can be counted on and trusted</li><li>We are fun and interesting | We strive to be positive people who others love to be around</li></ul>Pay: From $18.00 per hourWork Location: In person
